Our investment criteria

Revenue

$5M to $30M

We seek to partner with small and mid-sized businesses with annual revenues between $5M and $30M.

EBITDA

$1M to $5M

We focus on stable and profitable companies with earnings (EBITDA) between $1M and $5M in each of the past 3 years.

Minimum A&D Exposure

> 30%

We seek companies with at least 30% of revenues derived from aerospace and defense, and ideally over 60%.

Whether it’s upgrading CNC machinery, integrating automation systems, or implementing data-driven platforms for resource planning, we like to collaborate closely with each business to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Our goal is to enhance what’s already working and tailor solutions that drive efficiency, reduce lead times, minimize waste, and increase productivity. After acquisition, we work closely with our partners to develop a strategic expansion plan to sustainably grow the top line of their businesses. Our approach to growth centers on expanding market presence and winning new business. Where appropriate, we focus on building stronger sales teams, refining bidding strategies, and identifying high-value contracts that align with the company’s expertise. In parallel, we seek to expand capacity—whether by means adding to the workforce or strategically expanding facilities—so our partners can meet the demands of new customers and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
